Project Goals & Expectations

The development was launched to the market in February 2016. The building is situated on the banks of the River Thames, adjacent to Cremorne Bridge and across the bridge from Chelsea Harbour.
Built in 2017, the main construction material is steel and the main contractor was Barratts London. 604 sqm were added on the ground floor for commercial space. The project also included a carpark with 30 spaces in the basement, and 182 bicycle spaces.
All apartments benefit from wraparound balconies. A number of private sale wheelchair accessible apartments.
Regal Construction Services assisted in maintenance and alterations to the electrical and mechanical services, also recommissioning all the comfort cooling system throughout the building.
